Meet our Senior Leadership Team.
Ryan Groves
Co-Chief Executive Officer & Global Chief Technology OfficerRyan is the Founder of Xpand-Net and serves as Co-CEO, leading the company’s US business, global strategy, and technology direction.
He has been working in networking and infrastructure since 2003, building his career using a hands-on approach in environments where scale, availability, and security are non-negotiable. From leading teams early at AT&T to running Professional Services at A10 Networks across EMEA and SAARC, he has consistently delivered where execution matters most.
Xpand-Net was built on that same principle: execution in environments where failure isn’t an option. Ryan remains closely involved in architecture, migrations, and complex problem-solving across ADC, DDoS, and multi-vendor platforms.
He still spends time in the detail because that’s where the real problems are solved.
